Kanga Yoga is an energetic, alignment‐based flow yoga practice inspired by the teachings of Swami Sivananda, Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar and Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois. Kanga Yoga adapts yoga to the individual rather than the individual to yoga; integrating sound, asana and mudra to bring the body and mind into balance and harmony.

Dynamic Flow Yoga        

Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are sacred, soulful & inspirational offerings peppered with functional anatomy (the science of the body) and steeped in her deep knowledge of Pranayama (Breathing techniques), Mudra (symbolic or ritual gesture), Yoga Sutras (teachings), Mantra & the Esoteric System (chakras).

Mindful Breathing          

Discussion and teaching of a gentle breathing practice to introduce and enquire into meditation and yoga nidra. For beginners.

Hatha  Yoga       

In this Hatha yoga class we will explore the postures slowly and deeply whist keeping the attention lovingly on the breath.

Gentle Restorative Yoga              

Hatha Flow & Restorative Yoga sessions are an ode to the art of developing sensory awareness through exploration, and Somatic Investigation (sensing the body, the felt experience, developing an awareness of the interconnected molecular fabric that extends throughout our whole bodies. Also known as ‘embodied mindfulness’).

Food is your medicine   

This interactive, edible workshop educates you as to what locally sourced fresh greens, leaves and herbs are readily available to phenomenally increase your health and vitality.  Smell them , know them, eat them.

Come away empowered and informed.

The Culinary Caveman explains how to regain the nutritional content in the foods that we eat for the best chance of optimum wellbeing.  He  demonstrates how modern food chain and the processing of sugar, dairy, flour, fats/oils, salt and rice has opened the door to all the diseases of modern civilisation, using examples from his new book ‘The Seven Deadly Whites’.

Snack  for Health

Looking at ways learnt from the chaat trolleys of the Indian streets to turn snacking habits away from guilty pleasures to healthy mind expanding pleasures of endless possibilities and potential.
