iFADEM is a British-Anatolian septet led by drummer, composer and arranger Freddie Osman Dal, who emerged through the New Generation Jazz Futures educational programme before moving to study at Birmingham Conservatoire.  

The band aims to open doors between two cultures, exploring the shared language, freedom and emotion present in music from Türkiye, while drawing inspiration and energy from the UK jazz scene. 

Their repertoire includes not only original compositions, but also newly reimagined adaptations of songs from both continents and beyond.
