MEDICAL, INFO & WELFARE
The Medical and Info & Welfare Tents are located in the main festival arena, approx. 100 metres from the Accessible Campsite.
The Medical tent is open 24/7 throughout the festival. Welfare will be open within standard arena opening times. Both areas are there to help you with any issues you may have.
Child ID wristbands can be collected here. These are for parents who would like to write their contact details on a wristband in case they are separated from their child.
WATER POINTS
Water points are available in all campsites and the arena. We allow sealed bottles of water up to 750ml to be brought into the festival arena and empty unsealed bottles can be brought in to be refilled at the water points.
Global water charity Frank Water is joining us again this year, providing chilled, filtered water refills for thirsty festival-goers. Every purchase supports Frank Water’s projects working directly with communities at the forefront of climate change to protect and restore natural water sources for people, nature and our planet.
All you need to do is head to a Frank Water kiosk or hunt down the roaming ‘Frank Tank’ and buy a wristband or reusable refill bottle to get access to unlimited refills all weekend to keep you hydrated!
Frank Water’s refill service means less single-use plastic going to landfill and helps us reduce our environmental impact. Last year their Festival refill service saved the equivalent of 50,000 plastic bottles from landfill and 4 tonnes of carbon dioxide from being released into the atmosphere.
You can also upgrade your refill to include sparkling water and flavoured botanical cordials, including Elderflower or Cucumber and Mint.
RE-ENTRY
Camping ticket holders will be allowed to re-enter the campsite at any time by showing their wristband.
There is no re-entry for Day ticket and Weekend No Camping ticket holders. Please note, if a Weekend No Camping ticket holder leaves the site on Saturday, they will not be re-admitted until the arena re-opens on Sunday.
However, after 5pm we do not allow chairs or ground blankets in the Main Stage Arena.
So, if you have a chair/blanket and want to take it back to your car, one of your party will be allowed leave and re-enter. Please note that group re-entry won’t be permitted.
We also understand that certain extreme circumstances can arise where leaving the site is essential. In this case, security will use their discretion and permission won’t be unreasonably withheld.

TAXI
Taxis can drop off/collect from the Pick Up/Drop Off area which is clearly signposted from the road and is a short walk from the festival’s North entrance. In order to respect local residents, there is no access to the festival through Glynde Village. Taxi drivers often ignore this which causes problems with our neighbours so we have increased security presence in the village to re-direct drivers.
We ask that all drivers follow the local festival road signage rather than Sat Nav. Please help us by advising your driver to approach the festival from the north (turn onto New Road from the B2192).
We strongly advise pre-booking your taxi before arriving at the festival as local services can get very busy during the weekend.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
If you witness something that needs to be reported and addressed quickly, speak to security or the nearest person with a radio. They will be able to report the incident and arrange a quick response.

If you find a lost child or vulnerable person, please take them straight to a security guard or the Welfare Tent.
LOST PROPERTY
Lost property is collected throughout the festival and logged at Welfare. If you have lost anything, please head to Welfare to see if it has been handed in.
After the festival, it is then sent to our offices where it is kept for approximately 45 days, please email info@lovesupremefestival.com to see if it has been found.
SOMETHING NOT RIGHT?
We aim to create a space where everyone feels safe, welcome, believed and respected. Discrimination or harassment of any kind – whether it be on the grounds of race, gender, ethnicity, visible or unseen disabilities, sexual orientation, heritage, religion, age, family status, social class or education – is not tolerated.
If at any point someone or something is making you feel unsafe or uncomfortable then please report it to our team at the Welfare Tent, or to the nearest member of security or bar staff. All reports will be formally logged and passed on to the festival management team for investigation. You can choose for your report to be passed on confidentially, or we can arrange for a member of the festival team to meet with you to discuss the incident in person. Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact us in writing or after the event, you can email the festival on info@lovesupremefestival.co.uk.
We are here to support you and your experience matters to us. All reports of discrimination and harassment at our events are taken extremely seriously. Anyone accused of discrimination or harassment risks being ejected from the event and we will support the police with further investigations should this be necessary.
